PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drying treatment apparatus for sludge incinerator, capable of stably obtaining a desired moisture content even when heated air of a sludge incinerator system is used.SOLUTION: In a drying device 2, a circulation path is formed by successively connecting a dryer 22, a circulation blower 23 and a dryer heat exchanger 21, a part of heat energy is taken from a white smoke preventing air heat exchanger 13 of a sludge incinerator device 1 into the dryer heat exchanger 13, the dryer heat exchanger 13 raises the temperature of a fluid flowing through the circulation path, the dryer 22 dries a dehydrated sludge cake C0 flowing into an incinerator 11 up to a desired moisture content, and a self-sustaining combustion dehydrated sludge cake C4 having a self-sustaining combustion moisture content is finally generated through a mixing input device 3 and carried to the incinerator 11. At that time, the drying device 2 controls the heat exchange quantity in the circulation path based on the outlet temperature of the dryer 22 to control a dehydrated sludge cake C3 to be dried by the dryer 22 up to the desired moisture content.
