Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plaster achieving good texture and low skin irritative properties while having sufficient adhesiveness when stuck to skin, having good skin permeability of bisoprolol or a salt thereof, and exhibiting sufficient percutaneous absorbability.SOLUTION: In a plaster wherein an adhesive layer retaining a medicament is formed on a support, the adhesive layer includes a thermoplastic elastomer, a liquid component in an amount of >300 pts.wt. relative to 100 pts.wt. of the elastomer, and bisoprolol or a salt thereof. When a tackifier is included, its content in the adhesive layer is ≤10 wt.%.
