Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a program, a method, and a physical server, which can prevent a broadcast packet from being transferred to a virtual network and a physical network when allocating an IP address to a virtual machine operating in the physical server.SOLUTION: The present invention includes: a plurality of virtual machines; and one virtual switch connected to the virtual machines via the virtual network. The virtual switch includes: address table storage means for storing an address table in which a MAC address is associated with the IP address; and address allocation means for returning an address allocation response including one IP address corresponding to a transmission source MAC address for an address allocation request with reference to the address table storage means when receiving the address allocation request from the virtual machine via switching means so as to prevent the address allocation request from being transmitted to the physical network.
