Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mental care support system, device, method and program, capable of classifying symptoms without imposing a burden on a patient, and capable of qualitatively classifying symptoms of patients to thereby select an appropriate therapy so as to provide a patient with it.SOLUTION: A mental care support system includes: analysis means 101 for determining a feeling of a patient, a behavior of the patient and an environment around the patient on the basis of measurement results sent from biological sensors 201-1 to 201-x, behavior sensors 202-1 to 202-y and environment sensors 203-1 to 203-w, analysing a symptom of the patient, and qualitatively classifying the symptom of the patient; therapy selecting means 102 for selecting a therapy for the patient in accordance with the analysis and classification results by the analysis means 101; and execution method selecting means 103 for generating information for presenting an execution method for the selected therapy.
