PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing apparatus in which even when there is not a credit, which enables a user to settle a use charge via a credit card which the user wants to use, at the time of a reservation, if the credit is restored, the reservation is accepted so that settlement with the credit card can be performed.SOLUTION: When confirmation of validity of a designated credit cannot be performed in response to a request for reservation, an information processing apparatus accepts a reservation and stores information of the designated credit card in storage means. After acceptance of the reservation, the information processing apparatus confirms validity of the designated credit card on the basis of the information stored in the storage means. At this occasion, when it is confirmed that the credit card is valid, the information processing apparatus outputs information indicating that payment is performed via the credit card. On the other hand, when the validity cannot be confirmed, the information processing apparatus outputs information showing that payment method is changed to a method different from the payment method using the credit card.
