Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive composition having a tough adhesive force, capable of maintaining the adhesive force over a long period, and capable of being used for adhesion of base materials such as plastics, metals, woods, and glasses.SOLUTION: An adhesive composition contains an acrylic polyol (a), a polycarbonate diol (b), and a polyisocyanate (c), wherein the polycarbonate diol (b) is a polycarbonate diol having a repeating unit represented by formula (A) and a terminal hydroxyl group, and R of 60 to 100 mol% of the repeating unit represented by the formula (A) has 5 to 6 carbon atoms, and the proportions of R having 5 carbon atoms to R having 6 carbon atoms is 90:10 to 10:90 (molar ratio); the number-average molecular weight is 300 to 3,000; and the ratio of a primary terminal OH is 95 to 99.5%, provided that R in the formula is a 2-15C divalent aliphatic or alicyclic hydrocarbon.
