Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a vehicle seat that can improve detection accuracy of a breathing state of an occupant seated on the seat.SOLUTION: A vehicle seat 10 includes: a seat back 14 that supports an upper part of a body of an occupant. Moreover, this seat back 14 includes: a seat back frame 20 that has a first subframe 36 and a second subframe 38 that extend to a seat width direction; and a seat back pad 22 that is mounted to this seat back frame 20, and when an occupant is seated, the seat rear side is enabled touch the first subframe 36 and the second subframe 38. In addition, a living body sensor 16 is installed in the seat front side of the seat back pad 22. Moreover, this living body sensor 16 is disposed to the chest opposite part of the seated occupant and disposed not to overlap with the first subframe 36 and the second subframe 38 in the seat front view.
