PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an improper work prevention device for reliably preventing the occurrence of an improper work without imposing any labor on an operator who performs a simple work and a sorting facility including the improper work prevention device.SOLUTION: A device 1 for preventing the improper work of a simple work which an operator performs by following a determined operation in the label attachment work place of a picking facility includes: an operator sensor (operation sensor) 3 for reading the operation of the operator in a work space S; a control device (personal computer) 5, the control device 5 including: an initial registration part for preliminarily registering the correct operation of the simple work by the operator; and a determination part for determining whether or not the operation registered in the initial registration part matches the operation of the operator read by the operator sensor 3; and a monitor 6 for, when it is determined that the above mentioned operations do not match by the determination part, outputting(issuing) a warning.
