Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a writing device for a flash memory capable of preventing a data part (Unit 1) from disappearing by a data (Unit 3) unit.SOLUTION: A CPU 14 detects writing depth of each of bits for a check code written corresponding to a final writing data part before reset when turned on by the reset. When, among writing depths of respective bit values, a bit has a writing depth greater than a delete target value E and smaller than a writing target value W, it is determined that the writing operation of the check code is interrupted before reset, and a check code (Unit 2) is overwritten corresponding to the final writing data part of a flash memory 13. Thus, it is identified by the check code that data is completely written into the final writing data part (Unit 1), thereby preventing the data from disappearing by the data (Unit 3) unit.
