Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a collision/repulsion type material test system in which a hardness number, not contradicting an original hardness of a material, is imparted, and a function of calculating a stress-distortion characteristic or the like is provided as well.SOLUTION: A collision/repulsion type material test system is shown in which in addition to an existing method of measuring a collision speed and a repulsion speed of an indenter in the event of collision of a test piece, a method of causing the indenter to carry a sensor capable of measuring a maximum impact force, and a method of causing the indenter to carry only a sensor for measuring a temporal elapse in an impact force to calculate/measure a maximum impact force, an impact speed and a repulsion speed in the event of collision, and further a method of causing an indenter to be collided with a test piece in a multi-step manner, and the like are introduced, to thereby provide a function of calculating, on the basis of the three amounts of the maximum impact force, the impact speed and the repulsion speed, an average contact pressure, a Young's modulus, a stress-distortion characteristic and the like as a collision hardness. |
