Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensively achievable air conditioner having a terminal block with high substrate mounting reliability by preventing stress applied in insertion/removal of an internal/external connection line from being applied to a soldered part of the terminal block.SOLUTION: An air conditioner includes: an air conditioner body having an electrical component box housing a substrate and the like; a terminal block fixed to the vicinity of the opening part of an electrical component box and equipped with a plurality of terminals, which are used for inserting/removing a core wire of the internal/external connection line, on one surface and a soldered electrode on the other surface; and a substrate which is used for mounting the terminal block and in which the soldered part is soldered to a soldered electrode, the substrate is fixed only to the terminal block.
