Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To propose a ground unit monitoring device capable of collectively monitoring a plurality of ground units and coping with a plurality of aspects.SOLUTION: A ground unit monitoring device 10 monitors operating state of a cable switching relay respectively provided to a plurality of ground units 20. That is, presence of abnormality in a cable switching relay QR of the ground units 20 is determined by using a switching threshold range determined by a connection number N of ground units 20 when the aspect conditions are switched. Furthermore, the presence of the abnormality in the cable switching relay QR of the ground units 20 is determined by using a following threshold range for determining a current measurement value immediately before when the aspect condition is not varied.
