Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve both of cooling performance and running performance in such a state that any effect is not given to a space in an engine room.SOLUTION: A cooling performance is maintained in such a manner that: an opening and shutting means 12 is disposed in a rear lower opening 11 which is a gap between the lower side of a toe board 6 and a cross member 9; the amount of outside air introduced from an air inlet 5 is reduced by controlling (reducing) the amount of cooling air discharged to the outside from the rear lower opening 11 with the opening and shutting means 12; degradation of air resistance (aerodynamic characteristics) and front wheel lift performance are suppressed to prevent the lowering of running performance; and the amount of the outside air introduced from the air inlet 5 is increased by opening the rear lower opening 11 by the opening and shutting means 12 when the cooling is required.
