Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a desired technique for determining a deterioration state of a power storage cell in a usage state.SOLUTION: A power storage laminate including a nonaqueous electrolyte, a positive electrode plate, and a negative electrode plate is accommodated in a power storage container. A charge-discharge electrode connected with the power storage laminate is led to the outside of the power storage container. A pH sensor for detecting pH of the nonaqueous electrolyte is accommodated in the power storage container. A sensor electrode for taking out the output of the pH sensor is led to the outside of the power storage container.
