Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a starting method of the solid oxide fuel cell of a solid oxide fuel cell/gas turbine combined power generation system in which the starting time can be shortened.SOLUTION: The starting method of a solid oxide fuel cell (SOFC) where the solid oxide fuel cell is boosted by supplying a part of discharge air 18A, supplied to a combustor from a compressor of a gas turbine, to the solid oxide fuel cell includes a step for monitoring the output of the gas turbine 11, and a step for controlling the amount of the discharge air 18A supplied to the solid oxide fuel cell so that the output of the gas turbine is the allowable lowermost output.
