PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a welding skill education support system for easily simulating welding environment, educating, correcting or coaching a welding work even in the case of self-study by one student.SOLUTION: A welding skill education support device has: operation means 2 for simulating a welding torch; a display 3 which simulates a base material; a speaker 4 which outputs a welding sound simulating a welding work; a controller 5 which displays an image of a bead according to a behavior of the operation means 2 when the operation means 2 is moved on the display 3 on the display 3, and outputs the welding sound according to the behavior of the operation means 2 from the speaker 4; a three-dimensional input/output device 6 which holds the operation means 2, inputs/outputs position information D on the tip part T of the operation means 2; and a storage device 7 which stores the position information D. The controller 5 operates the operation means 2, selects and outputs the image of the bead and a kind of the welding sound on the basis of the position information D to be output from the three-dimensional input/output device 6.
