Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic flaw detection apparatus capable of achieving ultrasonic inspection of an area which cannot be directly irradiated with an ultrasonic wave in a welded part between members or an area with which stable contact of an ultrasonic probe is substantially difficult due to a reason such as ruggedness.SOLUTION: An ultrasonic flaw detection apparatus for inspecting a welded part between members includes: an ultrasonic probe for transmitting and receiving ultrasonic waves to/from a welded part; a control system for converting an ultrasonic wave received by the ultrasonic probe into a reflected echo signal and a mechanism system for moving the ultrasonic probe and changing an incident position of an ultrasonic wave transmitted from the ultrasonic probe on the welded part; and a flaw detection controller for detecting a defect of the welded part on the basis of the reflected echo signal. The flaw detection controller switches a defect determination reference for determining whether the defect is a real defect or not in accordance with a defect position obtained from the reflected echo signal. |
