Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a different metal tube joint structure of a light metal pipe and an iron pipe which is further simplified, secures high reliability and satisfies both of workability and reliability.SOLUTION: A joint structure of an aluminum pipe 17 and a stainless steel pipe 16 has such a structure that either one side pipe of the aluminum pipe 17 and the stainless pipe 16 has a pipe expansion part 17a formed by expanding the diameter of an end part of the joint side and, in a state in which an end part of the other side pipe is inserted into the pipe expansion part 17a, a filler-containing thermosetting resin is filled into a clearance between the pipe expansion part 17a of one side pipe and the other side pipe and both pipes are joined, wherein a plurality of positioning protrusion parts 17c which are protruded to the inner side and perform the positioning in the radial direction of the other side pipe are formed on an inner circumference of one side pipe, and the length in the radial direction of the clearance is set to a prescribed multiple number of 1.5 to 3 times of filler diameter of a filler by the plurality of positioning protrusion parts 17c.
