Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems that, when a member is mounted on an ophthalmologic examination device in an anterior ocular segment photographing mode, there is a possibility that an operator may forget to mount or demount a mount member, and it is required to drive an optical system by paying due attention to the mount member.SOLUTION: An ophthalmologic examination device includes: a means for acquiring image information of a fundus oculi; a means for acquiring image information of an anterior ocular segment, and an anterior ocular segment mode selection means for selecting an anterior ocular segment photographing mode for acquiring the image information of the anterior ocular segment. An ophthalmologic apparatus includes: a determination means that, when a mount member is mounted on the ophthalmologic examination device in the anterior ocular segment photographing mode, determines whether or not the anterior ocular segment photographing mode is selected by the anterior ocular segment mode selection means or whether or not the mount member is mounted on the ophthalmologic examination device; and a control means that causes the ophthalmologic examination device to perform a prescribed operation on the basis of a determination result of the determination means.
