Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shutter mechanism with function of blocking invasion of insect, which prevents an insect, etc. from invading into a building, etc. and prevents an insect and foreign matter, etc. from being mixed in a product at a manufacturing site of food and medicine.SOLUTION: A shutter mechanism includes: an opening 1 surrounded by partitions, and being an entrance of a closed compartment; a shielding sheet 12 installed so as to be deployed in the opening; and an air jetting means 14 having a blowout port 15b installed on at least one side of the periphery of the opening 1 or an edge of the shielding sheet 12 in a deployed state, and configured to jet air from the blowout port to outside the closed compartment.
