Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a soundproof insulation material capable of effectively reducing impact noise and having heat insulation properties, with a reduced construction cost.SOLUTION: A soundproof insulation material 1 formed of a molded synthetic resin foam includes a plate-like body 2, and columnar movable parts 5 connected to the plate-like body 2 through a connection part 4 at a plurality of storage space parts 3 arranged in the plate-like body 2. The columnar movable part 5 is arranged at the storage space part 3 so as to be projected from one surface of the plate-like body 2 and sunken from another surface. The connection part 4 has a thickness t which is thinner than the thickness T1 of the plate-like body 2 and the thickness T2 of the columnar movable part 5.
