PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To minimize the kinds of wire harnesses constituting a wiring device.SOLUTION: According to a construction method of a wiring device for electrically connecting a plurality of electric devices with one another, a common wire harness WH1 is prepared which includes a pair of first distribution lines 31 electrically connected to a common electric device 10. When electrically connecting the common electric device 10 to a selective electric device 16, the common electric device 10 is connected one terminal side of the pair of first distribution lines 31, and the selective electric device 16 is connected through a first non-common wire harness or the like to the other terminal side of the pair of first distribution lines 31. When omitting the selective electric device 16, the common electric device 10 is electrically connected to the other terminal side of the pair of first distribution lines 31, and a short-circuiting distribution line 35 included in a second non-common wire harness WH2b or the like is electrically connected to the other terminal side of the pair of first distribution lines 31.
