Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem in a connection method of an aluminum wire and a terminal by a crimping terminal, that air or moisture enters a gap between the aluminum wire and the terminal to form an insulating oxide coating and electrical conductivity between the terminal and the aluminum wire is impaired, and to solve such a problem in a connection method of an aluminum wire and a terminal by a solder that a component or the wiring is damaged under high temperature environment thus facilitating connection by a soldering technique using a conventional electric iron.SOLUTION: When connecting an aluminum wire and a terminal, the aluminum wire 1 and the terminal 2 are fixed by winding a stainless wire 3, or fixed by using a stainless sleeve, and after an oxide film on the aluminum wire surface and the stainless surface is removed by a flux composed of saturated aqueous solution of zinc chloride, soldering is performed by eutectic solder.
