Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tissue collecting apparatus which can reliably prevent a worker from being stabbed with a needle tip of a needle tube at the time of disposal.SOLUTION: When disposing a used tissue collecting apparatus used for collecting a living tissue, a sheath member 34 with a puncture tube (a puncture needle) inserted and arranged inside is wound in the form of a loop around an operating rod 44 and locked in a locking groove 52, 52, and 52. Then, a needle tip of the puncture tube protruding from a tip end of the sheath member 34 is housed and fixedly supported in a needle housing hole 54 formed in an end face 44e of a second flange portion 44d on a base end side of the operating rod 44.
