Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel injection valve which improves pulverization such that the swirling flow flows smoothly in the circumferential direction of a swirling chamber.SOLUTION: Two swirling chambers for swirling the fuel in the swirling chambers and applying a swirling force to the fuel are disposed on the edge part of the downstream side with respect to the flow of the fuel on one swirling channel formed on an orifice plate fixed to the nozzle body and, therefore, the collision between the swirling flow in the swirling chamber and the fuel flowing through the swirling channel is mitigated, and the swirling flow can be smoothly produced to promote pulverization of sprays injected from fuel injection ports.
