Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method and a device for gaseous water exhibiting antibacterial, deodorizing and purifying properties by atomizing water and forming gaseous water having a particulate diameter of 10 nm or more and 20 nm or less by application of a high electric field after making submicron particles and having them cross and collide with each other and then generating OH-ions made into bubbles.SOLUTION: The manufacturing method for the gaseous water retaining antibacterial, deodorizing and purifying properties includes: atomizing water and making it into mist by an atomizer or an injector and then making the same further cross and collide with each other to form submicron particles; and applying a high electrical field thereto to generate OH-ions having a particulate diameter of 10 nm or more and 20 nm or less and outer surfaces made into bubbles by Rayleigh fission. There is provided the device therefor. |
