Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the length of each connection wiring from a shunt capacitor inserted between an inductive device and the ground to the inductive device or the ground, and to reduce an amplitude error and a phase error of an output signal relative to an input signal.SOLUTION: A shunt capacitor comprises: zigzag-shaped wirings 121, 122 with different length with each other formed on a first wiring layer; zigzag-shaped wirings 123, 124 with different length with each other formed on a second wiring layer; an inductive device 101; and a ground 109. The zigzag-shaped wirings 121, 124 are connected to the inductive device 101, the zigzag-shaped wirings 122, 123 are connected to the ground 109, and the zigzag-shaped wirings 121 and 123, and 123 and 124 are crossed three-dimensionally. Lead-out wirings from veers 126a, 126b and 127a, 127b to the inductive device 101 become unnecessary. |
