Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure sensitive sensor capable of detecting a small load by improving the accuracy of detecting the load even in the case that pressure-sensitive conductive rubber is pressurized so that an electrical resistivity of the pressure-sensitive conductive rubber decreases with the passage of time due to creep characteristics of rubber.SOLUTION: A reference pressure-sensitive conductive rubber 52 is provided inside a housing 51 in a manner to be pressurized. A detecting pressure-sensitive conductive rubber 53 to which an external load is applied responding to pressurization is provided inside the housing 51. A load detection circuit 50B applies voltage to the pressure-sensitive conductive rubbers 52, 53, and calculates the external load from a difference between a detection value corresponding to a current flowing along the reference pressure-sensitive conductive rubber 52 and a detection value corresponding to a current flowing along the detecting pressure-sensitive conductive rubber 53. |
