Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique which suppresses an influence of a mobile terminal interfering with neighboring cells in a wireless communication system.SOLUTION: A first base station corresponding to a first cell receives a measurement result report on neighboring cells from a mobile terminal, determines whether the neighboring cells are interfered with by the mobile terminal or the neighboring cells interfere with the mobile terminal, allocates a resource to the first cell, and notifies a second base station corresponding to a second cell of the allocated resource. To the second cell, the second base station allocates a resource other than the resource allocated to the first cell.
