Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing an infrared cut filter which enables an infrared cut filter having a small film thickness distribution and excellent film thickness uniformity as well as excellent in incident angle dependency to be manufactured simply (with good production suitability), an infrared absorption liquid composition used for the manufacturing method, an infrared cut filter, and a camera module and a method of manufacturing the same.SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing an infrared cut filter includes the step of forming a film by spin-applying an infrared absorption liquid composition on a light receiving side of a solid-state imaging element substrate. There are also provided an infrared absorption liquid composition used for the manufacturing method, an infrared cut filter, and a camera module and a method of manufacturing the same. |
