Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an artificial tooth with which bilateral balanced occlusion can be easily established with less grinding adjustment.SOLUTION: An angle formed by each occlusal facet with respect to the occlusal plane of an artificial teeth is appropriately set. In an artificial tooth for an upper central incisor tooth, having a protrusive facet and a retrusive facet at an incisal edge, for example, the angle formed by the protrusive facet with respect to the occlusal plane in a cross section with a sagittal plane is from 22.0° to 25.5° while the angle thereof in cross section with a frontal plane is from 1.5° to 6.5°, and the angle formed by the retrusive facet with respect to the occlusal plane in the cross section with the sagittal plane is from 20.5° to 23.0° while the angle thereof in a cross section to the frontal plane is from 1.5° to 6.5°. |
