Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately control a slew rate of an output circuit.SOLUTION: A semiconductor device includes: a driver circuit operating on supply voltages supplied via a first power line and a second power line to control a slew rate in driving a connected output terminal to at least either voltage of the first power line and the second power line in accordance with an input slew rate control signal; a control circuit operating on supply voltages supplied via a third power line and a fourth power line arranged independently of the first power line and the second power line to generate a control signal, on which the slew rate control signal is based; and a voltage conversion circuit operating on the supply voltages supplied via the first power line and the second power line to generate the slew rate control signal on the basis of the base control signal and supply the generated slew rate control signal to the driver circuit.
