Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a conductive film not only capable of achieving excellent electrical conductivity while capable of replacing ITO, but causing no brittle fracture, so that capable of securing excellent durability, and further capable of preventing exposure of silver salt emulsion layers formed on both surfaces of a transparent substrate from affecting the silver salt emulsion layers formed on surfaces opposite to each other; and a method for manufacturing the conductive film.SOLUTION: A conductive film 100 according to the present invention incudes: electrode layers 120 each formed on both surfaces of a transparent substrate 110 by exposing/developing a silver salt emulsion layer and containing silver; and optical filter layers 125 formed between both surfaces of the transparent substrate 110 and the electrode layers 120 and selectively blocking light.
