PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide portable equipment having a lid structure which has enhanced durability with respect to repetition of opening and closing of the lid while securing water-tightness.SOLUTION: The portable equipment consists of a lid 2a; a body recess having a first annular surface 1g and a second annular surface 1h; a seal base material 2c having a first projection 2f annularly projected, a second projection 2g annularly projected in parallel to the first projection, and a third projection 2h annularly projected perpendicularly from a second surface in continuity therewith; and an elastic seal member 2p having a first covering part 2w for covering the first, second and third projections, a second covering part 2x for covering the entire second surface successively therewith, a first sealing projection 2y annularly projected while extending from an outer periphery of a covering part between the first and second projections in a thickness direction of the seal base material, and a second sealing projection 2z disposed in the vicinity of a connecting part of the first and second covering parts and annularly projected toward the inside of the equipment body from a peripheral part of the second covering part.
