Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a running control method for a CDQ facility hoist, which highly precisely controls the stopping position even when it rains, and to provide a running control apparatus using the same.SOLUTION: In running control of CDQ facility hoist, which hoists a bucket loaded with hot cokes from a coke-oven fire-extinguishing car of the CDQ facility and running-moves it over the fixed distance from a hoisting position of the bucket to an upper part of a pre-chamber of a CDQ body to charge the hot coke into the pre-chamber, when it rains, according to the control pattern PT2, the CDQ hoist is running-controlled with a smaller acceleration/deceleration value (between the positions P1 and P12, between the positions P24 and P25, and between the positions P26 and P2) than an acceleration/deceleration value (between the positions P1 and P11 and between the positions P26 and P2) except when it rains, and the velocity V5 is adjusted such that running times between the positions P1 and P2 are the same.
