Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a speech information generation device, a speech information reproducing device, a server device, and a speech information reproducing system which are capable of reproducing speech information for advertising commercial products so as not to bore visitors, and thereby increasing ability to attract the visitors to commercial products as advertisement objects and the visitor's eagerness to buy the commercial products.SOLUTION: A speech information generation device includes acquisition means for acquiring a plurality of pieces of partial speech information being speech information for use for generation of advertising speech information, selection means for selecting at least one of the pieces of partial speech information for each type of contents indicated by speech of the partial speech information, and generation means for connecting a plurality of types of the partial speech information, which are selected by the selection means, to generate advertising speech information. As for at least one type, the selection means selects partial speech information of which the contents are different from those of previously selected partial speech information.
