Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow for elimination of maintenance operation of a terminal by another operator if the maintenance operation of the terminal is already started by an operator when a plurality of operators maintain the terminal.SOLUTION: In a maintenance management system, a server 1 comprises: maintenance advisability determination means 11 for accepting an input from an operator and determining whether the maintenance is advisable; and maintenance status management means 13 for managing the maintenance status information of a terminal 2. The maintenance advisability determination means 11 references the maintenance status information and determines whether the maintenance by the operator is advisable on the basis of the operator ID and client terminal ID entered by the operator. The maintenance status management means 13 notifies the terminal subject to maintenance that the maintenance operation is advisable.
