Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photoreceptor having excellent wear resistance and capable of suppressing image density unevenness and image blur.SOLUTION: A photoreceptor includes a conductive support 101, and at least a photosensitive layer 102 and a cross-linked surface layer 103 on the conductive support. The cross-linked surface layer 103 is a cured film of a composition containing a polymerizable compound, and further contains at least one of a charge transport compound represented by the following general formula (1), and a specific oxazole compound or a naphthoquinone compound.
