Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain both or one of suppressing friction and suppressing wearing of a shaft and a bearing.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a supercharger (1) and in particular relates to an exhaust gas turbocharger (1) for a combustion engine having a shaft (4) rotatably attached to a shaft support area (7) using at least one radial slide bearing (5). If the shaft (4) has two outside parts (10) and one inside part (12) in the shaft support area (7) and at least one of the outside parts (10) and the inside part (12) has at least one microstructure (16), the friction or the wear of the shaft (4) and the slide bearing (5) is suppressed. Further, the present invention relates to the shaft (4) in which at least one of the outside parts (10) and the inside part (12) has at least one microstructure (16).
