PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for internal coating of pipes capable of surely moving in the whole inside of a pipe and capable of effectively and uniformly coating the inside of the pipe, and to provide a method for internal coating of pipes.SOLUTION: The device 2 for internal coating of pipes includes nozzles 12 and 13 provided in a long and narrow body 10, capable of spraying a coating material and rotatable around a longitudinal axis 10c of the body 10, and the device 2 coats the inside of the pipe 101 by spraying the coating material from the nozzles 12 and 13 by rotating the nozzles 12 and 13 in the sate of being inserted into the inside of the pipe 101 along the height of a steel tower 100. The two nozzles 12 and 13 are arranged spaced apart in the longitudinal direction, and are stored in an inner region than an outer periphery of the body 10, and one of the two nozzles 12 and 13 sprays the coating material to the obliquely downward direction to a reference surface 10d perpendicular to the axis 10c of the body 10 during coating of the inside of the pipe 101, and the other of the nozzles 12 and 13 sprays the coating material to the obliquely upward direction to the reference surface 10d during coating of the inside of the pipe 101. The method for internal coating of pipes uses the device 2.
