PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of producing a dispersion liquid containing hollow particles which control the entrapment of bubbles and a coated sheet coated with a coating liquid containing the dispersion liquid.SOLUTION: The method of producing the dispersion liquid comprises adding the hollow particles to an aqueous medium, agitating the medium to disperse the particles, and sending the liquid with a pump to a coating liquid tank in which the liquid is slowly agitated and defoamed. The density of the dispersion liquid after transferred by the pump meets the relationship: 0.97≤ / ≤1.03. The coated sheet is obtained by coating a coating liquid containing the dispersion liquid. Each of the denotations in the formula represents; : the real density of the dispersion liquid and : the density of the dispersion liquid after transferred with the pump and defoamed for 24 hours.
