Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a network device capable of IP communication between network devices without high level knowledge and software introduction.SOLUTION: An access point AP, one example of the network devices, assigns an IP address to each terminal connected to the own access point AP. The access point AP includes: a distribution unit 118 having functions of distributing the IP address to the terminal and notifying the terminal to distribute the entire access requests to the network device AP; a distribution control unit 120 for, based on the occurrence of a predetermined start event, validating the function of the distribution unit 118; an acceptance unit 112 for accepting an arbitrary access request from the terminal; and a notification unit 114 for notifying the terminal of information to access the network device AP, irrespective of the content of the request, when the acceptance unit 112 accepts a request.
