Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joint mechanism capable of horizontally rotating a head holding member by horizontal torque applied to a head member.SOLUTION: This joint mechanism 1 includes a spherical head part 10 including a head part 12 having a spherical surface at least at a part, and a spherical head holding part 20 for holding the spherical surface of the spherical head part 10 to be capable of tiltably moving the spherical head part 10. Projection parts 15 are formed on the head part 12 of the spherical head part 10. Projection engagement parts 22 engaging with the projection parts 15 of the spherical head part 10 to be capable of transmitting horizontal torque applied to the spherical head part 10 thereto are formed on the spherical head holding part 20.
