PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite resin sheet having high tenacity while maintaining its transparency.SOLUTION: A composition for a composite resin sheet includes: 100 pts.mass of an epoxy resin including a cage type polyhedral oligomeric silsesquioxane having an alicyclic epoxy group; 5-25 pts.mass of at least one kind of ethylenically unsaturated group-containing compound having two or more ethylenically unsaturated groups in one molecule; and glass fibers. A glass transition temperature of the homopolymer of the ethylenically unsaturated group-containing compound is ≥200°C. During the production of the composite resin sheet produced by heating the composition for a composite resin sheet, the ethylenically unsaturated group-containing compound is polymerized to form a flexibility imparting agent, and the composite resin sheet including 100 pts.mass of the epoxy resin, 5-25 pts.mass of the flexibility imparting agent, and the glass fibers is produced.
