Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a screen printing plate that can perform excellent printing in which there are not bleeding and rubbing in the contour of a printing figure.SOLUTION: A mesh layer 16 is connected to a support layer 14 in which a rectangular opening 15 is formed. A rectangular figure forming area 20 of the mesh layer 16 opposed to the opening 15 includes: a periphery mesh region 22 that extends along at least one side of the figure forming areas 20; and a rectangular center mesh region 24 adjacent to the periphery mesh region 22. Two or more first through holes 17a of the same shape having a hexagon opening and arranged like a honeycomb structure, and two or more through holes 17b and 17c adjacent to the first through holes 17a are formed in the center mesh region 24. Two or more third through holes 17p and 17q that are arranged along sides 20p and 20q of the figure forming area 20, and have openings with the different area with the openings of the first and second through holes 17a, 17b and 17c are formed in the periphery mesh region 22.
