PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a needle shape body using a durable transfer plate that simply and accurately transfers and molds the needle shape body having through-holes in multiple needles.SOLUTION: The method includes manufacturing the needle shape body having multiple needles on the front surface of a base part and through-holes in the needles and the base part. The method includes: a resin filling process for filling a needle transfer plate with a resin by using the needle transfer plate that has a contour part for regulating recessions obtained by the unevenness inversion of the needles and projections obtained by the unevenness inversion of the through-holes of the needles, and a base part transfer plate that has a plate like part for regulating the bottom of the base part and projections obtained by the unevenness inversion of the through-holes of the base part; a transfer plate pressurization process for pressurizing the base part transfer plate with respect to the resin left on the upper part of the needle transfer plate so as to be brought into contact with the needle transfer plate; and a release process for taking out the resin from the needle transfer plate and the base part transfer plate.
