Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable terminal for thinning a housing storing a camera unit.SOLUTION: A camera bottom section 412 on the opposite side of a lens 46 of a camera unit 40 is supported by a first sheet metal member 42. A second sheet plate member 43 following a camera side of the camera unit 40 is coupled to the first sheet metal member 42 on a substrate surface 273 side opposite to a substrate rear face 272 via a through hole 271. A third sheet plate member 43 engaged with an edge of a camera head 411, where the lens 46 in the camera unit 40 is arranged, is coupled to the second sheet plate member 43. Since the third sheet plate member 44 engaged with the camera head 411 is coupled with the first sheet plate member 42 via the second sheet plate member 43, the camera head 411 is not pressed to a protection cover 232. Thus, a housing 20 on a continuous hole 233 side to which the protection cover 232 is attached is not depressed by the camera unit 40. Consequently, a thickness size of the housing 20 can be reduced and the housing 20 can be miniaturized and thinned.
