Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably and inexpensively perform power generation utilizing solar energy.SOLUTION: A power generating facility comprises: a condensation type photovoltaic electric power generation device A having a photovoltaic receiver 1 for condensation of solar light with a beam condensation unit; and a condensation type solar heat electric power generation device B in which a solar heat receiver 2 which applies heat to a heat medium with solar light subjected to condensation by the beam-condensing unit, an accumulation device 3 which performs accumulation or radiation of heat by passing of the heat medium, and a heat exchanger 4 which generates vapor by heat exchange of heat medium and water are arranged in a circulation path 5 which circulates a heat medium, and a vapor turbine electric power generation device 6 is provided which performs electric power generation utilizing vapor generated by the heat exchanger 4. The circulation path 5 of the condensation type solar heat electric power generation device B is formed to be switchable between a circulation system x which circulates the heat medium between the solar heat receiver 2 and the accumulation device 3 and a circulation system y which circulates the heat medium between the heat accumulation device 3 and the heat exchanger 4.
