Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a trouble in which a memo stand body is unexpectedly sprung when the external force is exerted on the memo stand body in a usage posture.SOLUTION: A chair 1 includes: a chair body 2; and a memo stand 3 which causes the chair body 2 to support the memo stand body 8 through a holding mechanism 7. The holding mechanism 7 can operate the memo stand body 8 between the usage posture (A) and a storage posture using at least the rotating motion of the memo stand body 8, and includes a sprung restriction mechanism 9 for restricting the rotating motion of the memo stand body 8 in the usage posture (A) according to the operation performed externally.
