Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten heating time of a rotor core when assembling a permanent magnet embedded motor.SOLUTION: In a heat treatment method for a rotor core having a plurality of slot parts in which permanent magnets are embedded along a circumferential direction of the rotor core, heating coils are arranged on an outer peripheral surface side and an inner peripheral surface side of the rotor core, and heat treatments by the heating coils are simultaneously started or a heat treatment by the heating coil on the inner peripheral side is started in advance. A temperature on the rotor outer peripheral side of the slot parts is made to rise to a temperature equal to or greater than a target temperature before a temperature on the rotor inner peripheral side of the slot parts reaches the target temperature, and after that the heat treatment by the heating coil on the outer peripheral side is interrupted so as to perform the heat treatment only by the heating coil on the inner peripheral side. |
